We spend a half-day to a full day on your production floor, observing a single line from start to finish. We note where handoffs happen, where waiting occurs, and where the physical layout creates unnecessary movement. At the end you receive a simple line map and a written list of observations — no jargon, just plain notes about what we saw.

Most projects run between four and eight weeks depending on the number of changes being tested. We prefer to work in short cycles — adjust one thing, observe the result, document what works, then move on. This keeps the disruption to your daily output low.

No special preparation is needed. We ask that the line is running as it normally does so we can observe the actual situation. If you have existing process documents or floor plans, those are useful to share, but they are not required. We build our own picture from what we see on the day.

The prices listed — ฿4,400, ฿22,000, and ฿35,000 — are our standard rates for the described scope. If a project turns out to need meaningfully more time than the standard scope covers, we discuss that with you before any additional work begins. There are no hidden costs added after the fact.

Yes, and many of our clients follow that path. A walkthrough gives both sides a shared picture of the operation. That makes a later project or advisory engagement more focused because we are not starting from zero — we already understand how your line works.

All information we observe or receive during an engagement is treated as confidential. We do not share client details, production figures or process information with third parties. Before work begins we can sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement if that is your preference.
